The company was established in early 2003 by Eng. Mohamed Gomaa Al-Meliegy. The company started manufacturing electrical panels and manufacturing its first busbar products. The company has worked on a multitude of different projects across numerous sectors. Al-Meliegy began to approve its products in various testing laboratories inside and outside the Republic. The company began to certify all products at high voltage in the Arab Republic of Egypt and at the European KEMA laboratories.
